Apple Hill 2012

We took a early trip to Apple Hill to scout out Mia's birthday party location and made a fun day of it. Nautas and Mia had a blast running around the Apple Orchard at High Hill before we packed it up to come home. 

  Okay what we have here is a 'can I get away with it' type of photoshop fix. I took the sunspot off of his head but have looked at it for too long since then. Still not sure if I can get away with it. what do you think?

Time.

It's unbelievable how time flies when it comes to a baby. It's unreal that a year has gone by and our sleeping baby has quickly become a walking, talking (baby language), huge personality, dare devil. Each day is great and I'm so lucky to spend every moment with him! Today he started saying "yeah" which I highly prefer over 'no', lets hope he doesn't pick that one up anytime soon. I picked this scale up at the antique fair when I was pregnant for $20, great buy. Maybe someday I'll take a picture of him holding it.

Nautas' first birthday

What a day! I did things to prep for the big day here and there for the past couple months but boy, was I UNPREPARED! I made a hot air balloon photo prop to take pictures of the kids using a laundry basket, a tomato plant wire thingy, rope and a 36 inch balloon. Also used set paper for the blue background and made a sign for it to be known whos birthday it was!
