Gotta Make That Dollar.

While I really enjoy working at Ricochet Salon in Sola, I have decided to also work at another salon in Folsom.
Suede Salon 850 East Bidwell Street next to Trader Joe's.
I am available at both locations so it depends on your preference where you'd like to come see me and get your hair done. Suede's website is being revamped but you can check it out at suedesalon.com. My business has slowed a bit and I really just need to be more available at a place with more marketing because i cant afford all the great marketing tools. Please come see me for your hair and refer all your friends! Referrals are my main source of business and I love meeting my friends friends. Ill give you all another stack of my new cards and we can all work hard to get me busy! hahaha!!
Thank You all for your nice thoughts during Adam and mines sad time. We miss Kane every second and we still just cant believe that we lost our baby so quickly. We have been working hard at keeping Logan busy so he doesn't get too sad from Kane's absence. We try to take him everywhere and let him look on the bright side. We have even been going to the drive-in movies and taking him with us to lay and watch movies on the big screen with us. He is such a good boy.

Kane
Anyone who knows me know how obsessed and in love with our dogs we are. We are incredibly devastated to say that are first born pup Kane passed away on Saturday. He started looking sick early last week and we took him to the vet Wednesday: They did blood work, Thursday: they did x-rays and a ultrasound and called me with the news that he had cancer in his kidney and it had spread to his lung. I was instructed to manage his pain with medication and make him comfortable. I was to give him a pill every 8-12 hours but his pain was so bad he needed a pill every 4 hours or else he was wailing in pain. It was so painful to watch our little angel in so much pain we did all we could do for those 3 days and cried by his side constantly. Friday we ended up at the emergency vet for a shot of pain medication so he could rest easy. Our ultimate goal was to get him to a Oncology appointment on Monday to get the full details and our course of action. On Saturday he had a okay morning and we were able to manage his pain for most of the day until he started wailing in pain and was passing out from the pain. We rushed him to the vet and had to make the difficult decision to let him be free of pain and let him go. Our baby was 5 years and 2 months old. We miss him every second and are trying to cope with the pain of our loss. He was such a wonderful dog and so very smart and understanding. He was our watchdog and our teddybear at night. We shared a pillow for 5 years and its hard to be without him.

Spring is among us. Summer is coming.
New Blog

Of course I am starting a blog with nothing to say. I subscribe to all of your guy's blog and just thought I would build one because I love looking at yours. Plus I do tend to grow up SOME day. Until then I will most likely blog about insignificant items. For example I am thinking about making my hair lighter. Ha ha.
